Plastic cones in wall formwork are used to provide space for tie bars firmly linking the 2 sides of the formwork during concrete placing.

PVC cones are designed to be easily removable after formwork striking.

METHODOLOGY

The Required Arpitha tie cones selected.
PVC tube of suitable length and diameter is taken and cut respectively
The tie rod which is used to tighten on either side is used and fixed
The concrete is poured in the Mould.
Once the de-shuttering has been completed the tie cones are removed from position.

The PVC pipe is left inside the member and covered with plaster.
