GI WALL TIES
- Arpitha GI Wall Tie is made out of nominal thickness of 3 mm, Width 50 mm, Length 200 mm and height 100 mm, bent at 90 Degrees with 2 no's of 6 to 8 mm dia hole.
- Arpitha GI Wall Tie is made out of Hot Dip Galvanized iron with Zinc coating.
- Select suitable Arpitha Brick Reinforcement Mesh of sizes 75, 100, 125, 150, 175, 200 mm) made out of 0.35 mm thick and hot dip galvanized iron with a Zinc coating
Method of Fixing:
- After 3 course of Brick / Block work, mark hole position provided in the Arpitha GI Wall Tie on column and drill to fix suitable 6 to 8 mm dia screw of length 50 mm screws.
- Fix Arpitha GI Wall Tie with Arpitha Brick Reinforcement mesh to the column with screws.
- Spread Arpitha Plaster mesh above 3rd course of Brick / Block work throughout the masonary work and apply mortar above the mesh and continue masonary work for another 3 course and repeat the above procedure till completion of the Brick / Block work complete as per manufacturer specification, from M/s. ARPITHA EXPORTS, Bangalore.
